Change of Status

Last week I retired from AUT, ending my career of 36 years in New Zealand as a food microbiologist and several years before that in the UK and Australia as a biochemical engineer.  The AUT e-mail address will probably operate for some months, but the header to this blog shows my other contact address:

I will continue to write this blog when interesting food safety issues arise, or when someone poses a question that triggers new thoughts.
